How to add a diagnosis

You can add a diagnosis to a diagnosis list. These diagnoses can then be selected from clinical records.

Click on PATIENTS
Click on DIAGNOSIS
Click on ADD DIAGNOSIS

Name
Enter the name or the description of the diagnosis in this field.

Associated document
Click on the DOCUMENT button to select a document. When selecting a diagnosis from a clinical record, the associated document will open and you will be able to edit the document and print it.
