How to find the owner of a lost animal

It is possible to trace the owner of a stray animal, which has a tag with its name on it, or an identification microchip. You can also sift through the breeds to look for possible owners.

If you know the name of the animal

Click on PATIENTS on the main menu
Click on FIND OWNER
Enter the name of the animal and select

If you have the scanner code of the animal

Click on PATIENTS on the main menu
Click on FIND OWNER
Change the index by clicking on the two opposite facing triangles until the scanner codes appear in the left margin
Enter in the scanner code and select

If you know the breed of the animal

Click on PATIENTS on the main menu
Click on FIND OWNER
Change the index by clicking on the two opposite facing triangles until the breeds appear in the left margin
Enter the name of the breed an select
Click on OK
Sift through all the names to find the owner
