How to restore a deleted stock item

The stock sales reports, practice summary and any other reports that look at stock items will be influenced if a stock item is deleted. There are two ways to restore a deleted stock item.

1.  Remove the deleted flag in DBU

2.  Create a new stock item with the original stock item number

Method 1:  Remove the deleted flag in the DBU

When any record is deleted in Microvet it is flagged as DELETED but remains in the database until the database is re-indexed.  If a record has been deleted but the system has not been re-indexed, the DELETED flag can be removed and the record will be restored. If you have re-indexed after the stock item has been deleted, use the second method.
