Open Microvet

Edit all the clients that you want to SMS

Type in the cellphone number in the Tel(c) field

Click on the FINANCIAL BUTTON

Click on SMS for PREFERRED METHOD OF REMINDERS AND CORRESPONDENCE

Click on PATIENTS on the main menu

Click on VACCINE REMINDER SMS BY APPOINTMATE

Correspondence type SMS

Fill in the rest of the form

Click on OK

Click on CLOSEST

Click on OK

Microvet is now creating a file with the name REMINDERS.TXT in MFW5 directory.

            C:\Mfw5\Reminders.txt

Use Window Explorer and copy this file to AppointMate

            C:\Program Files\I-Soft\AppointMate

Close Windows Explorer

Double click on the AppointMate icon to open it

Look at all the messages.

If you are satisfied with the information, click on the SEND SMS button at the bottom of the form.

Your dial up information will appear and you will be prompted to connect.

Note: If you do not see the SEND SMS button at the bottom of the form, you have to increase your desktop area to be able to view the button.

            Right click on any open space on the windows desktop

            Click on PROPERTIES

            Click on SETTINGS

            Increase the desktop area / screen resolution

            Click on APPLY

            Click on OK

The messages are send via e-mail to AppointMate.
